Transforming Trash Workshop Waiver

I understand that participation in Transforming Trash workshops may involve the use of tools, reclaimed materials, sharp objects, metalworking equipment, and other physical activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, eye injuries, muscle strain, or other bodily injury.

By confirming registration, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this workshop and assume all risks associated with participation. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by workshop staff, artists, and facilitators, and to use tools and equipment responsibly.

I understand that failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the workshop.

I release and hold harmless Transforming Trash, Olmsted County, Jessalyn Finch Studios LLC, workshop instructors, volunteers, staff, and partner organizations from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this workshop, including injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

I also grant permission for photographs or video taken during the workshop to be used for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
